Alastair is an experienced property specialist, heading up Levy & McRae's property team. He has been involved in some of the largest commercial property transactions in Scotland.
Alastair deals with all aspects of property matters handled by Levy & McRae, using his experience to ensure that clients gain added value wherever possible.
In particular Alastair acts for substantial property companies including developers in complex land acquisition matters, as well as lenders in general securitisation issues. He also deals with complex portfolio investment acquisitions and disposals and regularly acts for Landlord/Tenants in commercial leasing matters.
Alastair works closely with corporate departments on property aspects of mergers and acquisitions including property warranties and disclosure matters. He also has experience of dealing with the Scottish end of international property deals.
Alastair is a member of a local gym and enjoys trying to keep fit. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf and retains a keen interest in football.
