Andrew Sleigh, Partner

Andrew is Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at Levy & McRae.

He is very well known for his expertise in the SME / private company sector where he has acted in Share Purchase transactions; business sales and purchases; Boardroom and Shareholder disputes; and commercial contract arrangements. Andrew is also known for his Corporate Recovery experience and his Sports Law activities where he has been involved in some of the most high profile issues in the worlds of football and boxing.

Andrew is a graduate of the Universities of Glasgow, Amsterdam and Virginia. He is an Accredited Specialist in Insolvency Law and has been involved in many Legal Committees.

He is married with two children.
