Gary is a partner in the Corporate Commercial Department at Levy & McRae.

He has practised in Scotland, London and Dubai & has experience of acting on many different types of transactions in a variety of jurisdictions. Gary has acted for a wide range of clients, including SMEs/private companies, publicly listed companies & private equity funds.

Gary's areas of expertise include share sales & purchases, business sales & purchases, joint ventures, shareholder agreements & general corporate & commercial advice.

Gary was admitted as a solicitor in 2002.
