We act in Fatal Accident Inquiries, in inquiries under the Merchant Shipping Acts and in both pursuing and defending civil claims for matters as diverse as damage to aircraft, injury on ships and oil platforms and the detention of aircraft, ships and vehciles.

Our road transport specialists advise, defend and represent the operators of goods and passenger vehicles appearing at Public Inquiries before the Traffic Commissioner.

We appear in Court on behalf of transport operators in every type of case ranging from criminal road traffic prosecutions, health and safety prosecutions, fatal accident inquiries and commercial disputes.

We have acted for operators in size ranging from a single vehicles to hundreds of vehicles and have acted on behalf of Local Authorities when called to Public Inquiry.
