Nigel Lowe & Associates -v- John Mowlem Construction plc
1999 S.L.T. 1298
Business Names Act 1985 provides that partnerships to state in legible characters
on inter alia all business letters the name of each partner; action for damages
failing which recompense in respect of services provided; defenders pled no
title to sue; terms of correspondence on paper which failed to list the partners names
as required for a partnership letterhead.
